Job Description
Finishing Supervisor for a Social Compliant Garment Export Factory in Jaipur, India
We are a socially compliant garment export factory based in Jaipur, India, and we are looking for a highly skilled Finishing Supervisor to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a similar role within the garment industry, preferably in a socially compliant factory.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervising the finishing department to ensure timely and quality completion of production orders.
Maintaining compliance with all social, ethical, and environmental standards and regulations.
Conducting quality checks of finished products and ensuring they meet customer specifications and expectations.
Leading a team of finishing operators and providing guidance and training to improve their skills and productivity.
Maintaining inventory of finishing materials and supplies, and placing orders when necessary.
Coordinating with other departments, including cutting, sewing, and packing, to ensure seamless production flow.
Qualifications:
At least 5 to 8 years of prior experience as a Finishing Supervisor in a socially compliant garment export factory in India.
Strong understanding of social, ethical, and environmental standards and regulations in the garment industry.
Knowledge of finishing techniques and machinery, and ability to troubleshoot issues.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Salary upto 30k to 35k per month
