Job Description
Role: Principal: (Transformation Sales)
Location – Bengaluru/ Gurgaon/Mumbai
Mandate – Pan India (not including Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad, Kolkata)
Key Skills – Sales, Business Development, Key Account management, Stakeholder management, Presentation, Communication, Negotiation, Market research, Competition mapping,
Familiarity with – HR issues, Talent and Rewards concepts, Tech in HR other similar
Useful Previous Experience
• Selling to CHRO , Rewards, Talent Head's office
• HR Tech / FR Products, HRMS and other similar sales / consulting
• Corporate HR background with interest and aptitude in sales
Sales Target – USD XX K
Role:
• Responsibility for setting and achievement of annual new business by leading sales proposition for Mercer's Transformation solutions in India
• Work in tandem with Commercial Leader and Practice Leaders to identify opportunities, GTM & execute annual growth and sales strategy of the business
• Understand potential prospective client business issues, needs and expectations and identify an appropriate tailored solutions to client needs
• Liaises with clients and accounts to identify opportunities for cross-op Co selling so as to deliver the firm to address business needs.
• Ensure all prospect activity and prospect funnel is recorded on Mercerfroce in real time
• Providing monthly data driven management reports on performance and pipeline
• Work within Mercer compliance procedures and guidelines
• Lead by example by consistently delivering self-initiated new business to Mercer
• Acts as an ambassador for Mercer in all external interactions.
Education and Experience:
• Postgraduate in management or related stream
• 12+ years of experience within Sales, Business Development of HR Transformation or related solutions
