JOB ROLE
Looking for Principal for Silver Oak College of Nursing.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Maintenance of good Interpersonal Relationship with colleagues and higher officials.
2. Teaching and supervising students in the areas of Fundamentals Of Nursing, Anatomy and Physiology, Psychology, Medical and Surgical Nursing, Pediatric Nursing, Community Health Nursing and Midwifery as recommended by GNM.
3. Teaching and evaluating students on Various Nursing Procedures in their Clinical areas.
4. Evaluating students periodically based –on assignments, tests, extra co-curricular activities.
5. Preparing Lesson Plan prior to teaching the students.
6. Conducting Field Visits to the students.
7. Preparing master rotation plan, clinical rotation plan for the Academic year.
8. Assigning areas to the students prior to the clinical postings.
+. Conducting Community postings and evaluating the students in the Community
Skills required
• Possess Good Leadership Qualities.
• Disciplined and well organized.
• Good analytical skill, hard working and punctual.
• Flexible for implementing new ideas, teaching methodology Positive & progressive attitude
• Good Communication Skills in English, Hindi, Gujarati
• Computer skills – MS Office /Internet
Note: Preferred Immediate Joining
Qualifications:
• Education: Doctoral degree in Nursing, Nursing Education, or a related field; Master’s degree required.
• Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in nursing education.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of nursing education, accreditation processes, and current trends in healthcare and nursing.
Salary : No constraint for deserving candidates
Location : Ahmedabad
WORKING HOURS: 7 hours
