Summary of role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team in the role of Principal Delivery Lead within the Transformation Office. This role will lead a project delivery team as part of the Workers Compensation Reforms Program.
Key responsibilities
You will progress projects and deliver tasks including: Lead planning, delivery, and implementation of various project activities within the Workers Compensation Reforms Program.
Manage timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Establish and embed the Operations Excellence function and continuous improvement practices.
Provide strategic delivery leadership to teams and stakeholders.
Build and lead a service design capability, including customer journey mapping.
Foster strong relationships to support collaboration and effective decisions.
Deliver clear reporting, insights, and recommendations for senior leaders.
Promote best‑practice delivery, uplift, and a culture of excellence.

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:
Experience leading complex, multi‑stakeholder programs or reforms.
Strong delivery leadership in planning, governance, and risk management.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and build clarity and consensus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building capability.
Strategic thinking and strong analytical problem‑solving skills.
Understanding of service design and customer journey mapping.
A proactive, collaborative, and outcomes‑focused approach.
