The role requires exceptional leadership, client management skills, and technical knowledge of integration platforms such as Boomi, Mulesoft, and Celigo. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of integration projects, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and leading strategic initiatives to drive growth in the integration services division. > > > > > Key Responsibilities: > > -Lead and oversee the integration team, managing performance, mentoring, and ensuring successful project deliveries. > > -Handle international client interactions, providing strategic guidance and ensuring the delivery of high-quality integration solutions. > > -Develop and implement integration strategies aligned with the organization's goals and client needs. > > -Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction, understanding their requirements, and addressing any concerns. > > -Ensure smooth collaboration with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to deliver robust integration solutions. > > -Lead initiatives in expanding and optimizing integration capabilities using Boomi, Mulesoft, and Celigo platforms. > > -Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of integration solutions, ensuring that they meet client expectations and business objectives. > > -Work closely with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency. > > -Stay updated on industry trends and integration technology advancements, ensuring the team's skills and solutions remain cutting-edge. > > > > > Skills and Qualifications: > > -Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. > > -15+ years of experience in IT, with over 5 years in a functional role focused on integrations. > > -Hands-on experience with Boomi, Mulesoft, and Celigo integration platforms. > > -Strong leadership and team management skills, especially in handling distributed teams across different time zones. > > -Excellent client handling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into business language. > > -Proven track record of delivering successful integration projects on time and within budget. > > -Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize integration processes. > > -Knowledge of cloud computing, SaaS platforms, and enterprise-level IT systems is an advantage. > > -Availability to travel as required.
