Primary​/Junior FSL Educator Opportunity

Take on a fulfilling role as a Primary/Junior FSL educator y-St. Cecilia CS in Morrisburg, effective September 1, 2026. This long-term occasional position offers an engaging teaching experience until June 25, 2027.

The CDSBEO is dedicated to inclusive education and is seeking a qualified teacher certified in Ontario. This role involves specialized FSL instruction for young learners and requires adherence to Ministry regulations. Contribute to a diverse and supportive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach FSL to students in Primary and Junior grades

• Tailor lessons to meet student needs and educational standards

• Monitor student achievements and provide feedback

• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development

• Promote inclusivity and respect in the classroom

Requirements:

• Ontario College of Teacher's Certificate required

• Specialized subject qualifications as per Ministry guidelines

• Experience in teaching diverse student populations

• Commitment to equitable employment practices

• Ability to adapt teaching methods to various learning styles
