Full job description
The Pre-Primary School Teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing a curriculum that supports the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth of children aged 1 yrs to 8 yrs. The successful candidate will create a warm, welcoming classroom environment, foster strong relationships with children and their families, and work collaboratively with colleagues to support the overall mission of the school.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and execute curriculum that aligns with early childhood education standards and the philosophy of Footprints.
Plan and conduct daily activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and learning through play.
Observe and assess each child's development and progress, maintaining accurate records and providing regular feedback to parents and guardians.
Foster positive relationships with children, promoting their self-esteem and sense of belonging.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns or questions.
Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement school-wide events, activities, and special programs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for working with young children and a dedication to fostering their development.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
