Full job description
The College is seeking a permanent full-time Primary School Teacher to join our team.
As a member of our Primary Department, your responsibilities will include:
· Supporting the Augustinian Catholic culture of the College
· Providing an exemplary in-class experience for students
· Utilising modern pedagogical approaches to deliver differentiated learning to students at all levels
· Engaging with parents, psychologists and pastoral team to ensure individual student needs are catered for
· Classroom supervision and behaviour management
· Managing student assessments and tracking academic progress
· Managing administrative requirements including report writing, parent teacher meetings and marking
· Working effectively with the Head of Primary to implement the aims and practices of the Primary and College
· Remaining up to date with teaching standards and pedagogical practices by actively participating in a range of professional development
· Be willing to contribute to the College's academic, spiritual and co-curricular life.
To be successful in the role you will have:
· Strong experience in teaching Stage 3
· Ability to teach across a variety of stages
· A Certificate in Religious Education
· Required qualifications to teach in NSW schools
· A commitment to the Catholic and St Augustine's educational values
· A commitment to child safety
· The ability to work collaboratively with peers and leadership
· A commitment to ongoing personal professional development

We pay above-market rates, based on proficiency levels within our Multi-Enterprise Agreement ($98,049-$140,844 base salary)
