Presenter- Teacher's Pet In-School Field Trips
Job Description
If You:
• Love teaching but don’t want report cards, after school meetings, or any planning.
• Enjoy facilitating and presenting fun programs to children and don’t mind driving to different school’s mornings (8:30-11:00 AM) and afternoons. (12:30- 3:00) (times are approx.) in Edmonton and surrounding area.
• Are looking for balance between work and home life and would like a flexible schedule 2-5 days a week during school hours.
You will:
• Travel to different schools to present 2-hour curriculum-based programs in-class to mainly K-6 students.
• Engage with students, teachers, and volunteers and create WOW experiences.

What you bring:
• Excellent communication skills, and the ability to be organized and manage your time and supplies as an independent contractor with your own vehicle.
• An interest in Science, Social, STEM, Art and a love of learning.
• Enthusiasm and some experience either teaching or delivering programs to children and a genuine interest in providing exceptional education experiences.
• Ideal for former or retired Teachers, Educational Assistants, Playschool Teachers.

Pay: From $30.00+ per hour approx (depending on experience)

Education:
• Bachelor's Degree Education (preferred)
• We will consider an Early Childhood Degree or Diploma or other experience
Experience:
• teaching: 1 year (preferred)
Expected start date: September 2026
