Prescription Validation Executiv

The Digitizer is responsible for reviewing, validating, and processing prescription (Rx) orders

received through the online pharmacy platform. The role involves contacting customers for

prescription collection, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating with pharmacists, and

facilitating timely order fulfillment while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

● Review and process prescription (Rx) orders received through the online pharmacy

platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

● Contact customers to collect, verify, or request valid prescriptions and resolve

prescription-related queries.

● Validate prescription details and coordinate with registered pharmacists for approval

in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

● Update order statuses, call outcomes, and customer interactions accurately in the

CRM/Order Management System.

● Follow up on pending prescription orders to ensure timely completion and improve

order conversion rates.

● Coordinate with warehouse, customer support, and pharmacy teams to facilitate

smooth and timely order fulfillment.

● Maintain the confidentiality of customer information and ensure compliance with

company SOPs and applicable pharmacy regulations.

● Achieve daily productivity, quality, and SLA targets while delivering a professional

and customer-focused experience.

Requirements

● B.Pharm / D.Pharm (Preferred)

● 1–3 years in Online Pharmacy / E-commerce Healthcare /Rx Operations.

Tools & Systems

● Order Management System (OMS), CRM & Dialer/Calling phone

● Proficiency in Excel

● Pharmacy Management System & Internal Rx Dashboard
