Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Preschool Teacher role based in Hyderabad. The Preschool Teacher will plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities that support early childhood development and align with the school’s curriculum. Responsibilities include creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment, observing and documenting children’s progress, and adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs. The role involves maintaining open communication with families, collaborating with colleagues on curriculum and events, and participating in staff meetings, trainings, and school programs. The Preschool Teacher will also ensure adherence to all health, safety, and safeguarding guidelines.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Early Childhood Education and experience working with preschool or Kindergarten learners.
Ability to design and implement age-appropriate Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development aligned with learning goals.
Effective Communication skills to engage children, collaborate with colleagues, and build positive relationships with families.
Relevant certification or diploma in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field (bachelor’s degree preferred).
Demonstrated patience, empathy, and classroom management skills in diverse early learning settings.
Ability to use play-based and activity-based teaching methods to support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
Willingness to participate in continuous professional development and follow school policies and safety standards.
