Role Description As a Preschool Teacher at Dibber International Preschool, Kankarbagh, Patna , you will focus on fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for early learners. Your key responsibilities include creating lesson plans, delivering engaging and developmentally-appropriate experiences, encouraging creativity and curiosity, and supporting holistic child development. You will collaborate with parents to build effective communication and ensure the progress of each child. This is a full time, in office position located in Patna. Qualifications Experience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development tailored for young learners Knowledge of Early Childhood Education principles and techniques Strong communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues Familiarity with Kindergarten education standards and practices Patience, creativity, and the ability to create a supportive learning setting Relevant qualifications or certifications in early childhood education Previous experience in preschool teaching or related fields is a plus Fluency in English and additional proficiency in local languages is advantageous
