Job Type: Full-time (40 hrs/week)
Salary: $15.45–$17.77/hour
Job Summary:
Supports the Lead Teacher in delivering high-quality preschool education, supervising children, maintaining a safe learning environment, and partnering with families to promote children's development and school readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in teaching and supervising preschool children.
Plan and support daily classroom activities.
Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom.
Monitor children's progress and maintain records.
Work with families through conferences and home visits.
Support the Lead Teacher and classroom operations.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED.
Valid driver's license.
Experience with preschool children preferred.
Strong communication, teamwork, and basic computer skills.
Willing to obtain a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential.
