• Understanding the various projects to be able to provide clear explanations to the clients Generating higher walk-ins through efforts in tele-calling Cross-using leads for various projects Offering the best possible customer delight at all times by way of exhibiting best qualities like listening, acknowledgement, empathy, helpfulness and customer centricity
