Key Responsibilities – MIS ExecutiveCollect, consolidate, and maintain data from various departments and sources. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of reports. Analyze data and provide meaningful insights to support business decisions. Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards, trackers, and performance reports. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight deviations or trends. Coordinate with different departments to gather and validate required information. Maintain databases and ensure proper data management and confidentiality. Automate recurring reports and improve MIS reporting processes wherever possible. Identify data discrepancies and resolve reporting issues promptly. Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as requested by management. Maintain proper documentation and records of MIS reports and data sources. Support management in forecasting, planning, budgeting, and performance analysis. Ensure reports are standardized and presented in a clear, easy-to-understan
