Located in the community of Southfield, Michigan, our practice is focused on handling cases related to automobile negligence. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within a legal office setting and demonstrate exceptional reliability and versatility when facing various tasks.

Key Responsibilities For The Pre-Lit Paralegal
• Conducting initial consultations with new clients
• Efficiently setting up and maintaining client files
• Initiating claims with insurance carriers
• Effective communication with clients, insurance adjusters, and other relevant parties
• Managing submission processes for No-Fault claims and monitoring payment progress
• Arranging Independent Medical Examinations as necessary
• Procuring medical records and invoices while managing lien requests
• Providing comprehensive case preparation support for litigation

Essential Skills Required

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook applications

Strict adherence to deadlines and time sensitive matters
