A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a practicing attorney, specifically in pre-litigation and personal injury law

Proven ability to manage a high volume of cases, with strong organizational and prioritization skills
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and other parties
Strong negotiation skills, with a proven track record of successful settlements
Ability to oversee and manage a team of pre-litigation case managers and support staff
Detail-oriented and able to review and finalize settlement demands accurately and efficiently
Demonstrated commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards
