Lead Design Specialist
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and development of precision tools, dies, and punches. They will collaborate with internal teams and customers to deliver accurate, cost-effective, and manufacturable designs.
• Develop tooling components using computer-aided design software.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for design approvals and ensure timely delivery of design outputs.
• Provide technical support to production teams with design clarifications and improvements.
A strong candidate should possess a degree in mechanical engineering or tool design. The individual must have at least 5 years of experience in tooling, dies, or punch design. Proficiency in CAD tools such as Autodesk, AutoCAD, SolidWorks is essential. Additionally, excellent communication and leadership skills are required to lead a team effectively.
