Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Early Years Practitioner to join our team. As an integral member of our nursery, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment that supports the learning and development of young children.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement curricula that cater to the diverse needs of young children.
\
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
\
Develop and maintain relationships with parents and carers to promote parental involvement and support.
\
Manage and maintain resources to ensure efficient delivery of the early years programme.
\
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
\
Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
\
Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives to optimize service delivery.
\
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
\
Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) is required.
\
SCQF level 7 qualification is essential.
\
Desirable: previous experience working with young children.
\
Knowledge of:
