Job Description
Responsibilities
Lead and deliver compelling product demos tailored to customer workflows and pain points.
Partner with Sales and Product teams during discovery, solution positioning, and proposal support.
Understand customer requirements and map them to product capabilities and value propositions.
Support RFPs, pilots, and proof-of-concept discussions as needed.
Act as a trusted partner for assigned customer accounts post-sale.
Track customer health, usage trends, and adoption metrics.
Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) and success check-ins with clients.
Communicate KPIs, outcomes, and ROI clearly to customer stakeholders.
Articulate measurable business value delivered through the platform (e.g., efficiency gains, denial reduction, recovery improvements).
Identify upsell and expansion prospects in collaboration with Sales and Product teams.
Proactively manage risks to customer satisfaction and retention.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to relay customer feedback.
Support smooth handoffs between sales, implementation, and ongoing account management.
Help influence product roadmap through insights gathered from customers.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Pre-Sales roles.
Prior exposure to Healthcare RCM workflows (Denials, AR, Payments, Eligibility, Coding, etc.) is strongly preferred.
Experience presenting software solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Solid communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to articulate business value, KPIs, and ROI confidently.
Comfortable working in a US time zone in a fully remote setup.
Experience working with healthcare providers, billing companies, or health tech SaaS platforms.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or equivalent) and customer success metrics.
Experience working with KPI, ROI evangelism and data reporting to customers.
Experience supporting pilots, POCs, or solution evaluations .
