Job Description
Job Description – Pre-Primary Teacher (Early Years)
Location: The Suraka School, Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities for Toddlers, EY1, and EY2 students.
Create a warm, caring, and stimulating classroom environment.
Support children in developing social, emotional, cognitive, and motor skills.
Use creative teaching methods including storytelling, rhymes, play-based learning, art, and hands-on activities.
Monitor and document student progress and developmental milestones.
Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student growth and classroom activities.
Ensure classroom safety, cleanliness, and child-friendly organization.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff for curriculum planning and events.
Encourage positive behavior, independence, and confidence among children.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or any related field.
Montessori / Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) certification preferred.
Prior experience in Pre-Primary or Early Years teaching is an added advantage.
Passion for working with young children.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Creative, patient, energetic, and nurturing personality.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
