Wellness Clinic Receptionist
We’re hiring at Therapeutic Body Concepts and looking for a positive, professional, skilled, and friendly individual to join our growing team!
If you can work at more than one location, this is an asset, and we could offer full-time hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering phones and providing exceptional customer service
Acting as the first point of contact for new and existing clients
Booking appointments, sending reminders, and managing daily schedules
Direct billing to insurance companies and handling invoicing
Managing MVA (Motor Vehicle Accident) accounts
General administrative duties: filing, faxing, emailing, and money handling
Maintaining clinic cleanliness: laundry and tidying of common areas
Required Skills & Experience:
MUST HAVE - Direct billing experience with platforms such as Telus Health, Alberta Blue Cross, Green Shield, Medavie, Manitoba Blue Cross, Claims Exchange, etc.
Customer service experience: minimum 1–2 years
Experience with Jane App is preferred but not required
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and manage physical demands (e.g., laundry)
Must be able to work weekdays 4:00 P.M. - 9:30 P.M., weekends anytime, and most STAT Holidays
Must have a reliable vehicle or access to dependable transportation for travel between locations
A positive attitude and willingness to grow and learn in a constantly evolving environment
