Your Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with clients, architects, consultants, and key stakeholders to refine design concepts and resolve challenges.
Lead the development of innovative, practical, and cost-effective design solutions, leveraging expertise in advanced construction techniques.
Manage risk by identifying design challenges early and ensuring they are addressed proactively.
Oversee the seamless transition from design to construction, ensuring all documentation meets the highest standards.

You are a seasoned professional with a strong background in design management and pre-construction processes. Your experience allows you to confidently manage complex projects and guide multidisciplinary teams to success.
Key Requirements
8+ years of experience in Design Management, with a focus on early contractor involvement (ECI).
A proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes on large-scale construction projects.
Strong knowledge of Australian construction standards, regulations, and methodologies.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for innovation.
