Bassendean Total Health Care has part time position available for an experienced General Practice Nurse (Registered Nurse) to join our team.

We are a family friendly clinic looking for a candidate who has expertise in Care Plans, MMSE, Immunisation, ECG, Spirometry, Health Assessments and Wound Dressings.

We are passionate about improving health in the community and ensure our patients are provided with the highest possible standard of care.

Position Description:

Our Medical Centre is seeking a dedicated Practice Nurse with prior experience in a Medical Practice (minimum 1 year). Key responsibilities of the position include:

· Health Assessments

· Chronic Disease Management

· Injury management/ wound care

· Assisting with minor procedures

· Recalls and reminders

· Veteran Affairs

· Biller Codes

· Management of treatment room

Onsite training can be provided for motivated Registered Nurses with no prior General Practice experience.

Desirable:

Registered Nurse

Knowledge and experience with Best Practice Software

Remuneration:

Depending on experience and qualifications.
