About the Role
Buy One Gram is launching its next flagship product – Premium Peanut Butter.
We are building a high-performance PR & Content Team to scale our brand presence across Instagram, YouTube, and digital platforms.
This is not a typical job — this is an opportunity to work directly on a brand launch from ground zero to scale.
We Are Hiring For:
Content Strategist (1)
Video Editor – Reels & Shorts (2)
Social Media Manager (1)
Influencer Marketing & PR Executive (2)
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategist:
Plan viral content ideas, hooks & scripts
Build weekly & monthly content calendar
Research trends & competitors
Video Editor:
Edit high-retention Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts
Add subtitles, hooks, sound effects & fast cuts
Optimize videos for engagement
Social Media Manager:
Manage Instagram page & daily posting
Handle comments, DMs & audience engagement
Track performance metrics
PR & Influencer Executive:
Connect & collaborate with influencers
Execute shoutouts, barter deals & campaigns
Build strong creator network
Eligibility Criteria
Open to Freshers & Experienced Candidates
Strong interest in social media & content creation
Prior work/portfolio preferred (not mandatory for interns)
Self-driven & execution-focused mindset
Skills Required
