About the Role:
As a Digital Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of clients, developing and executing digital marketing strategies. You will be the primary point of contact for all things PPC, SEO, and creative, ensuring that client campaigns deliver outstanding results. With a strong understanding of online marketing, you’ll communicate effectively and use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and drive performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Lead and nurture client relationships, providing exceptional service and strategic guidance to ensure long-term success.
Digital Strategy Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that leverage SEM, SEO, and creative services to meet client goals.
Campaign Management: Manage and optimize PPC campaigns, SEO strategies, and creative projects across various platforms, including Google Ads, GA4, and SEM Rush.
Performance Tracking Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Meetings Communication: Lead monthly meetings with clients, providing actionable insights, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations.
Problem Solving Issue Resolution: Address client concerns and troubleshoot challenges, ensuring solutions are implemented efficiently.

Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple accounts with precision and focus.
Client Management Skills: Demonstrated professionalism and strong communication skills in managing client relationships.
Project Management Expertise: Proven organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Technical Analytical Proficiency: Strong background in Paid Search and SEO, with advanced knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, and digital analytics tools.
Strategic Business Acumen: Ability to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and exceed client expectations.
Compensation Benefits:

Base Salary + Bonus Structure
Performance Bonus: Up to 25%
Upsell Bonus: Up to 3%
Referral Bonus: Up to 7.5%

Role Details:

Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Full-time in-office for the first 3 months)
Hybrid Work: After successful completion of the initial 3-month period, enjoy a hybrid work schedule (2 days in-office per week Pickering location).
Required Qualifications:

Experience: 5+ years of advanced experience in SEO PPC ( Paid Search).
Digital Tools: Proficiency in Google Ads, GA4, SEM Rush, and other digital reporting tools.
Account Management: Experience managing multiple client accounts, ideally across diverse industries. Agency experience preferred but not required.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of SEM, SEO, and analytics platforms.
Presentation Skills: Excellent ability to communicate insights and strategies effectively in both written and verbal formats.
