Role Overview-

As a PPC Executive (Lead Generation), you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and optimizing lead generation campaigns across multiple paid marketing channels. You will work closely with the creative and analytics teams to drive high-quality leads while maximizing campaign efficiency. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and a strong understanding of lead generation strategies across different industries.

Key Responsibilities-
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a primary focus on generating high-quality leads.
• Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and implement PPC strategies to improve lead quality, increase conversions, and reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL).
• Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, Conversion Rate, CPL, CPA, and ROAS to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad copies, creatives, and landing page recommendations that improve conversion rates.
• Audience Targeting: Research, define, and refine audience segments to maximize lead quality and campaign performance.
• Budget Management: Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively to achieve lead generation targets while maintaining profitability.
• A/B Testing: Continuously test ad creatives, landing pages, bidding strategies, and audience segments to improve campaign performance.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular campaign performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications-
• Minimum 1 year of experience managing PPC campaigns with a strong focus on Lead Generation.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads is mandatory.
• Experience in running lead generation campaigns across industries such as B2B, D2C, Real Estate, Education, Healthcare, or similar domains is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking tools.
• Understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting campaign insights.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for performance marketing and delivering measurable business outcomes.
