We're looking for a data-driven, performance-obsessed PPC Expert who can create, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook Instagram). You’ll be responsible for driving high-quality traffic, generating leads, and maximizing ROI through strategic paid media efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook Instagram).
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy creation, and A/B testing.
• Optimize campaigns daily for maximum performance – adjusting bids, improving quality score, and refining targeting.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads dashboard, Meta Business Suite, and other tools.
• Develop regular performance reports and present insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with content, design, and web teams to align landing pages and creatives with ad strategies.
• Stay updated on PPC trends, algorithm changes, and new features to maintain a competitive edge.
Required Skills Qualifications:
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion tracking, and attribution models.
• Proven experience with lead generation, ecommerce, or B2B paid ad strategies.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, etc.
• Strong analytical skills – ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills for ad creatives.
• Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
Preferred:
• Experience with remarketing/retargeting strategies.
• Familiarity with landing page tools like Unbounce, Instapage, or Webflow.
• Understanding of sales funnels, CRO, and A/B testing frameworks.
