Job Description:

We are hiring a PPC Data Entry Executive to support production planning and procurement activities. The candidate should have good typing speed and medium-level MS Excel skills for handling data, material costing, and purchase order (PO) preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate and fast data entry for production and material records
Prepare material costing sheets using Excel
Assist in Purchase Order (PO) preparation
Maintain and update data in ERP / Excel systems
Track material consumption, stock, and requirements
Generate MIS reports using Excel
Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation
Required Skills:

Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Strong knowledge of MS Word & MS Excel
Medium-level Excel skills:
SUM, AVERAGE, IF, COUNT, COUNTIF
VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP / XLOOKUP (basic)
Pivot Tables (basic)
Data filtering, sorting, validation
Text functions (FIND, LEFT, RIGHT, MID)
Basic knowledge of ERP systems
Good analytical and numerical skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
