Role: Power Platform Lead / Developer

Role Overview: ·
• As a Technical Lead for Power Platform, He/she will lead the design, development, and management of innovative solutions leveraging Microsoft's Power Platform.
• This role is pivotal in driving business process automation, enhancing data analytics, and delivering impactful applications.
• He/she will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate their requirements into efficient and scalable solutions, providing technical leadership and expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities.
· Build & Participate in Power Platform Practice Expansion, Pre-Sales and take the accountability for the technical delivery of the customers.
· Build Technical Solutions and GTM offerings for Power Platform Practice
· Collaborate with business units to understand their requirements and translate them into effective Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
· Develop and customize Power Apps, including both canvas apps and model-driven apps, to address specific business needs.
· Design, implement, and optimize automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
· Create interactive and insightful reports, dashboards, and data visualizations in Power BI, enabling data-driven decision-making.
· Build intelligent chatbots with Power Virtual Agents to enhance customer support and engagement.
· Integrate Power Platform solutions seamlessly with various data sources, external systems, and Microsoft 365 services.
· Implement robust security measures and governance policies to protect data and ensure regulatory compliance.
· Continuously monitor and enhance the performance, scalability, and reliability of Power Platform solutions.
· Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective adoption and utilization of Power Platform solutions.
· Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions promptly.
· Maintain comprehensive documentation, including architectural designs, configurations, workflows, and best practices.
· Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT departments, and other developers, to gather requirements, define use cases, and deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications/Requirements.
· Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
· Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying solutions with Microsoft's Power Platform.
· Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
· Strong understanding of data modeling, databases, and integration techniques.
· Proficiency in programming languages such as Power Query, DAX, and JavaScript.
· Experience with third-party integrations and connectors.
· Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
· Effective communication, presentation, and collaboration capabilities.
· Leadership and mentoring skills, including the ability to guide and mentor junior developers.
· In-depth knowledge of security and compliance best practices related to the Power Platform.
· Commitment to staying current with the latest updates and innovations within the Power Platform ecosystem
