Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Post Close - Loan Admin. This position will review all post-closing loan processes and documents to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, reducing risk to the bank.
Responsibilities Include
Ensuring loan is booked in core to align with loan and approval documentation
Review and guarantee all documentation has been obtained
Produce loan payoff statements
Pull credit reports
Complete third party credit reference checks
Will be the custodian of all loan documentation
Enter new loans into third party tax and insurance monitoring systems
