Be the spark that helps a young person believe their future can be brighter.

Many of the children and young people we support—particularly those with SEMH needs or SEN—have faced experiences that may have left them feeling disconnected, anxious, or disheartened about education and their future. Every young person deserves someone who refuses to give up on them. Could that be you?

We are seeking compassionate, proactive individuals to join our Post‑16 delivery team. You will play a key pastoral role, supporting young people to re‑engage, build confidence, develop resilience, and rediscover a sense of purpose and belonging.

Our provision offers flexible, child‑centred programmes tailored to individual needs, supporting young people to access full‑ or part‑time pathways. These programmes are particularly suited to those for whom a large sixth form or college environment may not be appropriate, and are delivered through a variety of approaches and settings.

You’ll have the autonomy to shape your support in a way that meets each young person’s emotional, social, and developmental needs—helping them overcome barriers, build positive relationships, and move forward with confidence.

This is a meaningful opportunity to make a genuine, lasting difference in a young person’s life.

Individuals from Early Years, Primary, Secondary, or Post‑16 backgrounds, including specialist SEND environments
Individuals with experience supporting young people within settings such as youth and community organisations, sports programmes, or arts-based activities
Individuals looking for full or part time employment
QTS Required for Qualified Scale (unqualified roles also available)

Competitive pay
