Post 16 SEND Teacher - 1 year contract
East London - Inner London
MPS/UPS with SEN allowance
Start date – September

An exciting development in the current offering in an Inner London East London borough means that a brand new special school and provision are seeking a Post 16 SEN Teacher for a class of 5 post 16 pupils who are working towards entry level 3.
About the SEND school
The school is a multisite special school that opened a brand new school and provision last September. The exceptional leadership team are passionate about recruiting within which is why the vast majority of their new SLT posts will be taken by existing middle leaders, therefore they will free up lots of middle leadership roles allowing for fast progression. The school recognises the importance of staff wellbeing and therefore individualised CPD is on offer for all staff.
The ideal candidate for this exciting Post 16 SEN Teacher role should….
• Have QTS/QTLS
• Be passionate about teaching children and young people with SEN
• Ready for the challenge and excitement that a new provision brings!
• Have ambition to take on additional responsibilities and leadership
• Be a brilliant teacher (mainstream teachers are welcome, the school are proven trainers!!)
