Job Purpose:
Seeking a skilled and experienced Credit Cards Product Manager specializing in Transaction Risk to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in managing transaction risk, improving profitability, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our credit card operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Transaction Risk Management:
Collaborate with Operations and Risk Control Unit (RCU) departments to develop and implement strategies for managing transaction risk effectively.
Utilize velocity rules, authentication methods, and fraud detection techniques to safeguard against unauthorized transactions and fraudulent activities.
• Profitability Enhancement:
Devise and implement transaction-level profitability strategies to optimize the performance of the credit card portfolio.
Work with cross-functional teams to improve the overall profitability of credit card transactions.
• Velocity Rules and Authentication:
Define and maintain velocity rules to identify and mitigate high-risk transaction patterns.
Enhance authentication processes to ensure secure and frictionless customer experiences.
• Fraud Reviews:
Conduct regular reviews of transaction data to identify potential fraud patterns.
Collaborate with the Fraud Prevention team to develop and implement measures to reduce fraud losses.
• OVL (Over Limit) and Triad Implementation:
Develop and execute strategies related to over-limit (OVL) transactions to balance risk and customer experience.
Education - Graduation/Post graduation
