Podcast Editor (Social Clips Focus)
We are looking for a contract editor with strong experience turning long-form podcast content into scroll-stopping social clips (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).

You'll be working from clips we've already selected, so the focus is purely on making short-form content engaging and polished.

What you'll do:

Edit short-form clips (under 2 minutes) with engaging captions, motion text, sound design, pacing, and trend-aware formatting
Take a basic clip and turn it into something scroll-stopping
Work within brand guidelines (we'll provide style references)
What we're looking for:

A portfolio of social/short-form edits (please include links or samples)
Experience with caption styling, b-roll/overlay work, pacing for retention, trending audio/formats
Comfortable working independently from provided source material
Reliable turnaround and clear communication
Pay structure:

Paid per clip to start (rate based on experience/portfolio)
As trust builds, opportunity to take on full client accounts (both long form and short form content) at a flat per-client rate
Not required:

Long-form editing
Clip selection/identifying highlights (we handle that)
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
