Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a PMT Hiring position, focused on Marketing Manager, Product Manager, and Group Product Manager roles in Gynae, Ortho, and Nutra segments. The role involves collaborating with pharma clients to understand brand objectives, product portfolios, and market positioning requirements for these therapeutic areas. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating end-to-end hiring cycles, screening and evaluating candidates for PMT and product management roles, and aligning candidate profiles with market, sales, and product strategies. The role also includes maintaining close communication with stakeholders, preparing role briefs and job specifications, and ensuring timely closures of mandates. The ideal professional will contribute to strengthening client relationships and supporting the growth of high-impact marketing and product management teams.
Qualifications
• Market Research skills to understand therapeutic areas (Gynae, Ortho, Nutra), competitor landscape, and evolving industry trends.
• Go-to-Market Strategy and Product Marketing skills to align hiring profiles with brand launches, marketing plans, and portfolio promotion strategies.
• Sales and commercial acumen to appreciate field realities, sales objectives, and the linkage between PMT roles and revenue growth.
• Product Management expertise to evaluate candidates’ ability to manage brand life cycles, positioning, and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills for effective interaction with clients and candidates.
• Prior experience in pharma marketing, PMT, or product management, preferably within Gynae, Ortho, or Nutra segments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent in Marketing or Healthcare Management is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple mandates, and use digital tools/ATS platforms for streamlined recruitment processes.
