Job Title: CBIB F2B – Central PMO

Role Description
You will join a small central global team in IB & CB Central to support the delivery of key front-to-back (F2B) transformation priorities of the management board. You will manage initiatives for front-to-back alignment of our key businesses across technology, operations, and other infrastructure. You will be responsible for enhancing our controls, supporting our client strategy, and driving future front to bac models as well as building relationships with key stakeholders and delivering tangible value.

Your key responsibilities
Preparing regular updates/presentations for the management board, group management committee, and supervisory board, highlighting progress, and addressing key risks/opportunities in the execution of CB/IB Central’s key priorities
Collaborating with business, operations, technology, and risk leaders of CB, IB, and CB/IB Central as well as other relevant stakeholders (such as divisional finance, CRM & strategy teams).
Proactively monitor upcoming milestones and ensure appropriate actions are underway e.g., dependencies are managed, deliverables are in progress, benefit capture mechanisms are in place along with regular reporting to management.
Management of BAU KD (Key Deliverables) Practices and Reporting
Creation of program related presentations and materials for the F2B SteerCo, Sponsor Meetings, Tribe sessions
Advise programme and project teams on the best setup and how to manage dbClarity to ensure appropriate granularity of information is provided while minimizing unnecessary overheads.
Build and maintain program and project plans along with financial tracking by leveraging firm’s standard portfolio management platform “dB Clarity ”
Your skills and experience
Working knowledge of the CB and/or IB lifecycle processes across loans, fixed income & currencies, payments (from origination, risk reviews, controls, booking & settlement, and downstream reporting) – including recent working experience in at least one of these stacks
Content-led program management experience to structure, lead, and deliver large programs to reach this end state and functional experience from origination, structuring, operations, or technology and experience in complex, multi-functional projects.
Collaborative and strong communication skills to articulate strategy along with financial/business acumen.
Ability to effectively deliver results in environments or projects that are nonlinear, fast-paced, and often characterized by incomplete information and stakeholder disagreements.
Extensive working experience in managing cross divisional/multiple geographies projects/programmes across the full project/programme lifecycle.
Hands-on knowledge on project management system preferably Clarity (SAP system)
Experience in process redesign, technology alignment, or data models and controls architecture is preferred.
Practical experience in defining and delivering the target state architecture across these dimensions – including business requirements and its translation into technical designs is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Excellent knowledge and experience with Microsoft products (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably with a focus on Finance and/or Strategy
