Experience Required: 2–5 Years (Mandatory: Interior Fit-Out & MEP / PMC)

🏗️ About the Role
You will be part of a high-performing PMC team delivering premium retail projects nationwide. The role involves hands-on site execution, coordination, and ensuring excellence in quality, safety, and timelines.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
Experience
4-5 years of relevant experience in Interior Fit-Out & MEP projects
Prior experience in retail sector projects will be a strong advantage

Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting systems
Expertise in BOQ preparation, site supervision & quality control
Proficient in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
Familiar with building codes and safety standards
Personal laptop is mandatory

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Supervise site execution for Interior Fit-Out & MEP works
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project stakeholders
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and project timelines
Prepare daily progress reports and GRNs
Resolve site-level technical issues efficiently

⚠️ Important Note
This role is strictly for candidates with prior retail interior fit-out and MEP experience. Applications without relevant experience will not be considered.
