• *Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, repair, and maintain Plumbing and fixtures, including pipes, faucets, sinks, and toilets.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, using appropriate tools and techniques to identify problems and determine solutions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codes to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on plumbing systems to prevent future issues.
- Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies, providing effective solutions and communicating clearly with clients.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal plumbing codes and regulations.
