Qualifications
High school diploma (or equivalent)
Current ICC Certification as a Commercial Plumbing Inspector; possess a thorough 30-hour Cal OSHA training prior to assignment
The 30-hour training will have been received within the last 4 years
3 years or more of experience performing plumbing inspections

The Plumbing Inspector will be supporting of Capital Improvement Aviation Programs
Proficient in inspection of rough and finish HVAC, plumbing installation including pumps, piping, ducts, equipment, controls, vaults and associated works both in building construction and underground piping
Knowledge and experience with inspection of fire sprinkler systems also required for this position
Experience with review and approval of monthly progress payment & as-built drawings from contractor required
Possible overtime during week and weekends may also be required
Ability to write clear and effective reports and is capable of working with Microsoft Office and other computer software and applications including Prolog & VEO

• Proficient in inspection of rough and finish HVAC, plumbing installation including pumps, piping, ducts, equipment, controls, vaults and associated works both in building construction and underground piping.
• Knowledge and experience with inspection of fire sprinkler systems also required for this position.
