We are seeking a reliable and experienced Plumbing Foreman or Sub-Contractor with their own crew to join our team as a subcontractor for large-scale multi-family residential or commercial projects
The ideal candidate will lead a crew capable of performing underground, top-out, and trim-out plumbing phases on apartment complexes with 150+ units
Oversee and lead a crew through all phases of plumbing installation: underground, top-out, and trim-out
Travel to multiple locations across Florida (Lodging is included and travel expenses)
Interpret and execute work based on plumbing plans and specifications
Coordinate with general contractors, inspectors, and other trades to ensure project timelines and code compliance are met
Ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols
Track and report progress, issues, and material needs to the project manager or GC
Maintain a clean and organized job site

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Plumbing Foreman or Sub-Contractor with their own crew to join our team as a subcontractor for large-scale multi-family residential or commercial projects. The ideal candidate will lead a crew capable of performing underground, top-out, and trim-out plumbing phases on apartment complexes with 150+ units.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and lead a crew through all phases of plumbing installation: underground, top-out, and trim-out.

Travel to multiple locations across Florida (Lodging is included and travel expenses)
• Interpret and execute work based on plumbing plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with general contractors, inspectors, and other trades to ensure project timelines and code compliance are met.
• Ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols.
• Track and report progress, issues, and material needs to the project manager or GC.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a plumbing foreman or crew lead on multi-family projects.
• Fully equipped crew capable of all phases of plumbing install.
• Ability to read and understand plumbing blueprints and construction documents.
• Strong communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Valid licenses, certifications, and insurance required for subcontracting.
• Must provide own tools and transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Familiarity with local building codes and inspection procedures
• OSHA 10/30 Certification
