Job Description
Experienced Plumbing BIM Modeler with 2–4 years of hands-on experience delivering coordinated building services models for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Proficient in BIM standards, clash detection, and multidisciplinary coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed Plumbing models.
Produce LOD 300–500 models and construction-ready drawings
Coordinate with other teams to resolve clashes
Perform clash detection using Navisworks / BIM 360
Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and BIM deliverable.
Required Skills
Autodesk Revit (MEP) – Advanced
Navisworks Manage (Clash Detection)
AutoCAD
BIM 360 / ACC
Knowledge of international codes & standards
Strong coordination and communication skills
Experience & Education
2–4 years of relevant MEP BIM experience
Diploma / Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
