Responsibilities
You will oversee and guide the plumbing team and ensure that all plumbing systems are installed and maintained to the highest standard
As a Plumbing Journeyman/Foreman, you will be responsible for
Overseeing and coordinating the activities of the plumbing team
Reviewing blueprints and building codes to determine optimal work procedures
Ensuring all plumbing systems are installed and maintained in accordance with the required standards
Coordinating with other construction professionals, such as electricians, carpenters, and civil engineers
Training and mentoring junior plumbing staff
Ensuring the proper maintenance of equipment and keeping an inventory of tools and equipment
Conducting regular inspections to identify and fix any potential issues
Managing and resolving any emergencies or problems that arise
Ensuring compliance with all safety and health regulations
Providing regular progress updates to the project manager and other stakeholders
