Full-Time Plumber (Gas Safe Registered Preferred)

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and experienced plumber to join our growing team at Houghton and Son. The role involves a variety of domestic plumbing tasks, including installations, maintenance, and emergency repairs. Gas Safe registration is highly desirable and will be reflected in the salary offer.
Key Responsibilities
• Carry out plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently
• Ensure all work complies with current regulations and safety standards
• Maintain accurate records of work completed
• Provide excellent customer service on-site
Requirements
• Proven experience as a plumber
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalent
• Gas Safe registration (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary

£35,000 – £50,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications (Gas Safe registered candidates will be offered at the higher end of the range)
