Plumber – Housing Maintenance

Epping and surrounding areas

£32,000 – £34,000 + Callout £43,000 plus (Average 15 call outs at £50 per call out)

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association who are looking for Plumber based around Epping.

Day to Day:
• Property maintenance
• The Maintenance will include aspects of the following skills:
• Plumbing

Requirements (Skills Qualifications):
• Experience within Property Maintenance
• Customer service skills
