Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure that water systems operate efficiently, adhere to local building codes, and meet customer expectations.

Duties
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and fixtures in residential and commercial settings
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras to diagnose issues and execute repairs efficiently
• Perform drain cleaning using specialized tools and techniques to clear blockages and prevent future problems
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure accurate installation and compliance with local building codes
• Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, materials, and personnel to various job sites
• Conduct plumbing system inspections to identify potential issues before they escalate into costly repairs
• Assist with remodeling projects by assembling plumbing components and coordinating with other construction trades
Qualifications
• Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair in residential or commercial environments
• Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Skilled in welding, pipe threading, water systems maintenance, and plumbing inspection camera operation
• Familiarity with local building codes, blueprint reading, mechanical knowledge, and plumbing system maintenance procedures
• Experience with heavy lifting, using hand tools, power tools, and assembly tasks related to plumbing systems
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about work performed
• Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely; must be comfortable working on construction sites requiring physical effort including bending, lifting heavy objects, and working in confined spaces
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing projects
• Handyman experience or remodeling background is a plus for versatile project support
