Duties
Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
Use hand tools and power tools to assemble and install piping, fixtures, and related components
Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project requirements
Perform basic carpentry tasks related to plumbing installations
Support HVAC and mechanical system work as needed
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment throughout projects
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately
Assist with welding, assembly, and other related tasks as directed by senior technicians
Qualifications
Basic knowledge of plumbing systems and construction practices
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings; basic math skills are a plus
Experience or training in HVAC, carpentry, or maintenance is desirable but not required
Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and quality workmanship
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various tasks on the job site
Prior experience in construction or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory
