Plumber / Skilled Plumber / Plumber Assistant

We are expanding our manufacturing team and seeking motivated Plumbers, Skilled Plumbers, and Plumber Assistants to support the installation of plumbing systems in high-quality portable restroom trailers. This role is critical to ensuring our units are built to the highest standards of function, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, run, and connect plumbing lines (fresh water and waste systems) within portable restroom trailers
Work with water delivery pumps, tanks, valves, and sewer system routing
Perform pressure testing, leak checks, and quality verification on all plumbing connections
Support efficient workflow by collaborating closely with assembly and production teams
Follow build diagrams, safety guidelines, and company standards throughout installation processes
Maintain organized work areas and proactively identify improvement opportunities
Qualifications:

Experience in plumbing installation, maintenance, or a related trade (required for skilled roles)
Familiarity with water supply lines, sewer systems, and pump systems
Ability to interpret basic technical drawings and utilize standard plumbing tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
Willingness to learn and grow—training available for assistant positions
Must be reliable, safety-focused, and able to work well within a team environment
Preferred:

Prior experience with plumbing in mobile, trailer, or modular structures
Plumbing license or certification (for Skilled Plumber role)
