Plumber Requirement Gated Community Apartment Maintenance We are looking for an experienced Plumber for maintenance work in our residential gated community apartment. Job Details: Position: Plumber Location: Gated Community Apartment Working Hours: 8 hours per day Weekly Off: Rotational weekly off Facilities Provided: Accommodation: Room available Other Facilities: As per society policy Key Responsibilities: Attend plumbing complaints as per the complaint register/call log. Repair leakages, pipe damages, valve issues, and other plumbing problems. Monitor overhead and underground water tank levels. Manage water supply timings and ensure proper distribution. Carry out preventive maintenance of plumbing systems. Coordinate with the maintenance team when required. Requirements: Experience in apartment or building maintenance preferred.
