Plumber Multi / Trade

Job description
We are looking for a Plumber / Multi Trade in the M25 area of London to work on different sites and buildings undertaking property maintenance. This is a contract position with the opportunity to go permanent with the company.

As the Plumber / Multi Trade you will be responsible for:
• Plumbing - fitting taps, sinks, toilets, fixing leaks, basic pipe work
• Basic carpentry
• Patch plastering, patch tiling, painting etc.

In order to be eligible for either the Plumber / Multi Trade role you must:
• A full UK driving licence
• Has social housing and domestic experience
• Needs experience working on voids and tenanted properties
• Clean DBS

• £22 - £24 per hour / up to £40k salary
• Overtime available

Additional Information:
Working hours from 9:00 - 18:00 Monday - Friday
